What’s Not Covered:
Jewelry is subject to wear and tear over time. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Surface scratches, dents, fading, or tarnishing from normal use
  • Accidental damage, improper care, or repairs performed by a third party

  • Prong Tightening (up to two times) – Prevents stone loosening over time

For international customers, shipping costs to Social Diamond are the customer’s responsibility. Any customs duties or taxes upon arrival in Thailand must also be covered by the customer.

Domestic Orders (Within Thailand)

  • Complimentary shipping for orders over 20,000 THB.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • All shipping fees include insurance to cover the full value of your jewelry.

Bangkok Delivery (Messenger Service)

  • Same-day or next-day delivery for eligible orders.

Thailand (Outside Bangkok)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • All shipping fees include full insurance to protect your purchase.

Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All documentation (certificates, invoices, etc.) must be included and in pristine condition.
  • The product itself must be undamaged and in like-new condition.
