All purchases from Social Diamond come with guarantees under Thai consumer protection laws. Our products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the descriptions provided.

  • If a product experiences a major defect, customers are entitled to a replacement or a refund, including compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.

  • If the issue does not constitute a major defect, customers are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to update product information and correct any inaccuracies at any time.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

  • All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

4. Ordering & Payment

Customers may place orders through our website, WhatsApp, email, or LINE Official.

  • Full payment is required before processing an order.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and installment payments where applicable.

  • If a payment issue arises, Social Diamond reserves the right to cancel or delay an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Social Diamond offers free and insured shipping within Thailand for orders over 20,000 THB.

  • Bangkok: Same-day or next-day delivery (messenger service).

  • Thailand (outside Bangkok): 2-5 business days.

  • International: 3-7 business days (via DHL or FedEx).

  • Shipping fees include full insurance for the item's value.

Customs & Import Fees

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

  • If an order is refused due to customs duties, any return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • No refunds are offered.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item meets our exchange conditions.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom-made jewelry requires deposit payment of 50% of total product value.

  • Production timelines vary and will be communicated before purchase. The average production time is 15-30 days, and urgent orders can be requested.

  • Custom pieces cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • We offer a 3-year manufacturing warranty covering structural defects.

  • This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations.

  • Additional services, such as resizing or polishing, may be available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Social Diamond and may not be used, copied, or modified without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Social Diamond values your privacy and protects your personal information. We only collect data necessary for order processing and customer service. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
