As we expand into Singapore with our private appointment space and curated showcase events, we are looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about people, driven by sales results, and takes genuine pride in delivering a memorable client experience.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Jewelry Designer who also owns the gemstone sourcing function. You'll take pieces from concept to production-ready design while securing the stones that bring them to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who can sketch, build CAD, push setting innovation, and negotiate with suppliers.

Design & Product Development

• Lead jewelry design from concept through to production-ready pieces
• Research trends and ideate collaboratively with the marketing team and management
• Create 2D sketches and develop mood boards that define each collection's aesthetic direction
• Produce 3D CAD files and/or write clear, detailed briefs for CAD designers (CAD proficiency required)
• Manage product development through to manufacturing handoff, ensuring designs are feasible and on-brand

Research & Innovation

• Conduct ongoing R&D on materials, construction, and finishing
• Explore and introduce new setting techniques and innovative methods
• Stay current on industry technology, craftsmanship trends, and emerging styles

Gem Sourcing

• Source colored gemstones and diamonds to meet design and client requirements
• Build and maintain supplier relationships across markets
• Evaluate stone quality, negotiate pricing, and manage sourcing timelines to support production

Requirements

• Proven experience in jewelry design (fine jewelry preferred)
• Hands-on CAD skills (e.g., Rhino/Matrix or equivalent)
• Strong 2D sketching and visual/aesthetic sense
• Knowledge of gemstones — grading, quality assessment, and pricing
• Strong eye for detail and understanding of production constraints
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Existing network of gem and material suppliers
• Experience with custom/bespoke design
• Familiarity with both Thai and international markets
