As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of Social Diamond. You'll create unforgettable customer experiences, build relationships that last, and help customers discover the piece that's truly theirs. More than selling, you'll be a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor — growing your expertise in diamonds, sales, and luxury service every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect pieces. Invite guests to follow our social channels and join our CRM community.
• Lead & Sales Management: Respond promptly to online and offline leads, nurture them through our CRM, and keep the sales pipeline organized.
• Product Expertise: Share accurate, confident knowledge about diamonds and jewelry, and stay current on products, promotions, and trends.
• Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships, resolve inquiries professionally, and follow up after the sale to ensure delight.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team targets through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with teammates to hit shared store goals, share what's working, support each other on the floor, and join trainings and team meetings.
• Store Care: Help keep the boutique beautifully presented, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For — Must-haves

• A positive attitude and a genuine service-minded heart — this matters to us most of all.
• A real eagerness to learn and grow.
• Sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or with premium products.
• Strong English communication skills (you'll serve both international and local clients).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and people skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
• A true team player who supports teammates and helps build a positive, friendly store culture.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (CRM, POS, inventory).
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling high-value or luxury products — given special consideration.
• A third language such as Chinese or Japanese (with extra language allowance).
• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
