About Social Diamond

Social Diamond is a modern fine jewelry brand created for the modern woman. We believe in intentional design, meaningful storytelling, and building a brand with purpose. We balance beauty with practicality, creating timeless pieces that become part of a woman's everyday life and milestones. Each piece is crafted to last, and every shopping experience is curated to feel warm, thoughtful, and memorable.

As we expand into Singapore with our private appointment space and curated showcase events, we are looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about people, driven by sales results, and takes genuine pride in delivering a memorable client experience.

About the role

We are a small, growing group of two companies (about 27 people in total) in Thailand and Singapore. We are looking for our first HR and Operations person.

This is a hands-on job. You will keep our people and office tasks running well every day. You will own the work and follow up to make sure things get done. The CEO will give direction and set the plans.

This is a good chance to grow. As you do well, the job can grow bigger in scope and level over time.

This role is a good fit if you are organised, like working with people, and enjoy keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

What you will do

People development

  • Run the performance review process. The CEO sets the plan; you keep it on track, set up the reviews, follow up, and help managers complete them.
  • Help with team development — turn growth needs into clear next steps and follow up on them.
  • Collect feedback (surveys, 1:1 meetings, check-ins) and organise it clearly for the leaders.

Hiring and employee records

  • Help with hiring in both companies — manage the steps, give candidates a good experience, and handle onboarding.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding documents and benefits sign-up.
  • Run probation reviews (a check on new staff in their first months).
  • Keep employment contracts and staff records correct and up to date throughout each person's time at the company — for example, address changes and emergency contacts.
  • Handle staff exits and make sure all the paperwork is completed.

People operations

  • Track staff leave and send a clear monthly summary to the accounting manager for payroll (you track the leave; they run the payment).
  • Manage the office and handle daily admin tasks at both sites, so everything runs smoothly.
  • Follow up with managers on team work schedules and keep them organised.
  • Set up accounts and system access for team members.
  • Make sure company policies are followed in both companies.

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, People, or admin work — ideally in a small or growing company.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • A reliable person who follows up and finishes tasks. You take responsibility and make sure things get done.
  • An interest in people development. You want to grow in this area, even if you have not built a full review system before.
  • Organised and careful. You will manage two of everything (two companies, two countries, two sets of records), so you keep things clear and separate.
  • Happy to be hands-on. You can move between people tasks and daily office tasks.
  • Able to keep information private. You will see salary, contract, and performance details, so you must handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
  • Comfortable with HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Willing to learn across all parts of HR, not just one area.
  • Able to read, write, and speak Thai well, and have the right to work in Thailand.
  • Basic spoken English to work with the Singapore team. You do not need to be fluent, but you should be able to hold a simple work conversation.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting more than one company or office at the same time — even better if in more than one country.
  • Some knowledge of Thai and/or Singapore labour law, or the ability to learn local rules quickly.
  • Experience using HR or leave-tracking tools, and basic payroll support.

Why join us

  • Real ownership and clear impact — you will help two companies grow their people.
  • Room to grow — a chance to take on more as you show good results.
  • You work closely with the CEO; your work will be seen.
  • Variety — no two weeks are the same.
