As we expand into Singapore with our private appointment space and curated showcase events, we are looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to support and execute our growth on the ground.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, CRM ownership, and premium client experience.

You will lead private appointments, manage lead nurturing systems, and execute local initiatives that support Singapore sales growth. You will work closely with the Founder and headquarters team in Bangkok to implement strategies effectively and maintain high commercial performance.

This is not a traditional retail role. It is suited for someone who is commercially driven, structured, and excited to grow with a fast moving brand.

You will not be responsible for overall market strategy or company P and L. However, you will be accountable for Singapore sales targets, CRM discipline, and on ground execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & CRM Ownership

• Manage online and offline leads in Singapore
• Nurture prospects into confirmed appointments and sales conversions
• Be accountable for personal leads while maintaining overall team response standards
• Ensure CRM systems are used effectively for tracking, automation, and reporting
• Implement and maintain lead handling SOPs to deliver a consistent, high level customer experience
• Monitor response time, pipeline health, and conversion rates

Sales Target & Performance Execution

• Achieve sales targets aligned with company growth objectives
• Understand lead attribution sources and collaborate closely with Marketing
• Identify opportunities to improve appointment show rate, conversion rate, and average order value
• Submit structured weekly and monthly sales performance reports to headquarters
• Ensure accurate tracking of sales outcomes

Client Experience & Sales Excellence

• Lead private client appointments during showcase and non showcase periods
• Deliver consultative and personalized client experiences
• Develop strong product knowledge across collections and customization options
• Provide detailed guidance on design, stone selection, and styling
• Ensure smooth after sales service and ongoing relationship nurturing
• Build strong client loyalty and repeat purchase behavior

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Share customer insights with Marketing to improve campaigns and launches
• Support execution of collection launches and showcase events
• Provide structured feedback to headquarters on customer behavior and preferences
• Align local execution with overall brand positioning

Store & Operational Execution

• Manage day to day Singapore store operations during appointment and showcase periods
• Oversee booking schedules and showroom readiness
• Utilize internal systems for stock checks, order processing, and reporting
• Ensure smooth event setup in collaboration with Thailand team during showcase periods
• Consolidate and submit sales and operational reports to headquarters

Growth Contribution

• Execute local initiatives that support Singapore sales growth
• Share ideas and observations to improve local visibility and acquisition
• Identify potential partnership opportunities and propose them to headquarters
• Represent the brand professionally in all client and external interactions

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or premium client facing roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong CRM and lead management discipline
• Commercially aware and target driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and structured in execution
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, founder led environment
• Based in Singapore
• Willingness to travel to Bangkok for collaboration and planning
• Passion for fine jewelry and premium lifestyle brands
