SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Bangkok
Reports directly to: Sales Manager
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll lead from the front. You'll set the standard for exceptional service for every customer, build a loyal base of repeat clients, and help the team grow — all while continuing to deliver outstanding personal sales results. This is a role for a strong closer ready to step up and help drive the boutique's performance.
Key Responsibilities — in addition to the Sales Consultant duties above
- Drive sales: lead by example on the floor and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer care for everyone: give every customer your best service, build and nurture a loyal base of repeat customers, and follow up over the long term — the heart of luxury sales, where customers return and refer others.
- Mentor and coach Sales Consultants, and support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Act as a senior point of contact on shift and help ensure smooth, polished store operations.
- Make full use of technology and communication tools (CRM, POS, LINE, Instagram, chat/live selling) to grow and convert leads.
- Lift the team up: foster a positive, collaborative team culture and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Share insights on sales performance and customer trends with management to help improve results.
Who We're Looking For — Must-haves
- A strong focus on sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience selling high-value or premium products.
- Strong English communication skills (you'll serve both international and local clients).
- Skilled with technology and communication tools — CRM, POS, and digital channels such as LINE, Instagram, and chat selling.
- Excellent customer care: able to make every customer feel valued and build lasting, loyal relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to manage longer, more complex sales.
- Natural leadership and a true team player — you lift the whole team with a positive, collaborative, service-minded attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
Nice to Have (given special consideration)
- Several years (e.g., 3+) of experience in luxury or high-value sales.
- Deep product knowledge: diamond 4Cs, the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds, and craftsmanship / bespoke work — to advise on complex cases.
- A third language such as Chinese or Japanese (with extra language allowance).
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
Working Conditions (Both Roles)
- Working days: 6 days per week (5 days off per month).
- Shifts: Morning 10:00–20:00 or Afternoon 12:00–22:00 (schedules arranged and shared in advance; may be adjusted as needed).
- Must be available on weekends and public holidays.
- Location: Our boutique at Central World, Bangkok.
