Thailand & Singapore Orders

• We offer free shipping on all orders within Thailand and Singapore.
• Shipping period is 2–5 business days for domestic delivery. 
• Bangkok Messenger Delivery: Same-day or next-day messenger delivery may be available within Bangkok upon request. Please contact our team after completing your order payment to arrange delivery.

International Orders

• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

• You may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Customs Fees: 

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery. Social Diamond is not responsible for these fees or any customs-related delays. If an order is refused due to government-required charges, any return shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
